We appreciate your prompt payment on the day of your appointment. Eftpos payments are preferred, but we also accept credit cards (fees apply) and cash. Invoices will be sent to you via email.

As a Southern Cross affiliated provider, we can streamline the process for Southern Cross members. By providing your membership number at the time of booking, we can obtain preapproval for your tests and facilitate direct claims with Southern Cross on your behalf. Depending on your policy, a partial payment may be required, and we will inform you before your appointment.

It's important to note that CardioLabs currently operates as a private health service. All services are either self-funded or covered by your insurance policy.

Our prices, which include GST and a Cardiologist review with advice to the referrer, are payable on the day of testing.
